Whatever the scope of your project, big or small, we would love to partner with you. Although projects vary in scope and scale, the process usually looks a little like this:
We would set up a time with you to do an initial consultation. This consultation is done at no cost to you. During this consultation we work to develop a clear understanding of your needs and creatively arrive at viable solutions. Additional to your specific needs, we have general objectives that we consider for every audio and video system.
Coming out of the consultaion, we would draft a proposal for you that would articulate, on paper, the needs we have determined and the solutions we recommend. This proposal would also recommend a budget for the process.
Once a budget is determined and solutions are agreed upon, any final design work is done; we are proud of our scientific design process and the predictible outcomes of our projects.
Once design work is completed equipment is ordered and installed. Installation is always sceduled in consultation with you, the client, taking into consideration the scheduled use of the facility. If necessary, we are happy to work early in the day, evenings, nights or weekends; we exist to serve your needs.
Upon completion of the installation, equipment is tested and proven to be working properly. Any required training is done.
Following the installation and training, we are always happy to help you with any follow up questions you may have regarding the use or opperation of your equipment. It is our hope that by partnering with you, we are not only able to simply complete your project but continue on in healthy relationship.
